At CEDP Trust, we are dedicated to extending the expertise and commitment to quality established by our parent company, CEDP Skill Institute. Our primary goal is to empower underprivileged youth with the skills they need to navigate the ever-evolving economic landscape. Through vocational skill training, entrepreneurship promotion, and the development of micro-enterprises, we aim to provide economic opportunities to marginalized individuals.

Since our inception in 2013, we have been steadfast in our mission to work with students from marginalized communities, enabling them to lead dignified and fulfilling lives. Our focus lies in equipping both men and women with essential skills, as well as enhancing existing skill sets, to meet the demands of today’s job market. Additionally, we provide tailored placement support to ensure our beneficiaries find meaningful employment opportunities that align with current market needs.

At the heart of our work is the belief that every individual has the capacity to both give and receive. We operate under the guiding principle that when we give back to our community and environment, we are transformed as individuals. Through our efforts, we strive to create a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children and youth, fostering a cycle of empowerment and mutual support.

CEDP Trust, established in 2013, is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized youth through skill training and vocational education. We aim to equip individuals from less privileged communities with the necessary tools to thrive in the job market and improve their livelihoods. By bridging the gap between education and employment, we strive to create opportunities for sustainable growth and economic independence.

In addition to 12 years of professional experience in the Education Industry, Ms. Shaheen also has hands on experience in the field of learning & development and she master of NLP and certified coach.
